After use the soil Scrubs are returned into the drop cabinets where it will be scanned and withdrawn from the employee credit line. All Scrubs status are set to [Dropped].
When returned Soil Scrubs are received at the laundry they are fast registered at the
RFID gate and the status of the Scrubs are set to [at Laundry].
The clean
Scrubs are RFID scanned to order at the Laundry and delivery note are created with all
the unique Scrubs ID numbers. The Scrubs status are set to [Clean in Transit]
Scrubs are stored in the Cabinets and the delivery note is closed. Scrubs are now ready
for users to collect. All Scrubs status are set to [on depot].
After
every collection the cabinets scan the inventory and deducted Scrubs which are withdrawn
from the inventory.
Hospital & Laundry supervisors can access the Cloud Service online where the RFID transactions are transformed into rich, interactive dashboards and reports, providing a comprehensive and real-time overview of Scrubs inventories.
