SCRUB RETURN

After use, the soiled scrubs are returned into the return cabinets where it will be scanned and withdrawn from the employee credits. Scrub ID changes from [User ID] to [Dropped].

LAUNDRY SOIL-IN

When returned soiled scrubs are received at the laundry, they are read at the RFID gate and the status of the scrubs changes from [Dropped] to [At laundry].

LAUNDRY CLEAN-OUT

The clean scrubs are scanned at the laundry and delivery notes are created with all the unique scrub ID numbers. The status of the scrubs changes from [At laundry] to [Clean in transit].

Supervisors can access the system online, where the RFID transactions are transformed into rich, interactive dashboards and reports, providing a comprehensive and real-time overview of inventories.

EMPLOYEE

Employees use their ID cards to open the cabinets, and all scrubs borrowed from the cabinets are registered on the employee's account. Scrub status changes from [In cabinet] to [Borrowed]. If the employee has exceeded their maximum credit limit, they will be denied access until soiled scrubs has been returned.
